【Abstract】 The papers introduces the technical reform of the 3rd phase of the project of the Qinhuangdao coal wharf in which an investment of over 36 million RMB dollars is made in 1997 in an all-round way,and emphatically discusses the construction reform of various components of the dumper rotor system. Practical operation shows that the reformed system completely overcomes the malfunctions described in the documents [1] and [2],thus the reform is successful.更多还原
