【摘要】 目的 :了解临床应用MailleferProfile镍钛合金机用根管锉在预备前磨牙和磨牙根管的根管预备效果。方法 :MailleferProfile机用根管器械采用逐步深入法预备前磨牙和磨牙根管共 6 2个牙 ;手用根管器械采用逐步后退法预备前磨牙和磨牙根管共 6 0个牙 ;并通过术前、术后的X线牙片和近期临床症状 (疼痛发生率等 )对比分析。结果 :MailleferProfile镍钛合金机用根管锉预备牙根管的时间短、根管偏移率和近期临床效果亦优于手用根管器械。结论 :MailleferProfile镍钛合金机用根管锉的成形作用好 ,利于充填 ,并可有效地减轻术者的疲劳和缩短预备时间 ,明显提高患者的近期临床效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the operated time, preparations s haping ability and clinical efficiency of Endodontic in premolar’s and molar’s root canal prepared with Maillefer Profile.Methods:62 premolar’s and molar’s root canal were prepared with Maillefer Profile,using the way of step by step putting into.60 premolar’s and molar’s root canal are prepared with Mani Reamers, using the way of step pack putting out.The X-ray photograph were compared before and after root canal are prepared or filled.the operated time and clinical efficiency(hurt occurrence)were analyzed.Results:The premolar’s and molar’s root canal are preparation with Maillefer Profile is better than root canal are preparation with Mani Reamers,on the operate time,preparation shaping ability (deviation rate) and clinical efficiency.Conclusions:The Maillefer Profile is better the Mani Reamers,in clinical efficiency,the operated shorter time and convenient to filled root canal.更多还原
