【摘要】 目的 :研究义齿软衬材料对全口义齿满意度的影响。方法 :选择 11例戴用全口义齿的患者 ,用满意度问卷调查患者使用义齿软衬材料前后的满意度 ,结果用配对t检验统计分析。结果 :使用义齿软衬材料前后 ,与满意度有关的 5项内容中 ,美观度和语音功能没有显著改变 ,咀嚼功能、固位功能及舒适性有显著改善。结论 :义齿软衬材料可提高全口义齿满意度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of soft denture liner on satisfaction of complete denture.Methods:11 patients treated with complete denture were employed to assess the differences of staisfaction before and after soft denture liner was used.The satisfaction was tested by a questionaire.Result:Before and after soft denture liner was used,out ward apperance and speaking were not significantly changed,mastication,stability and comfort were significantly improved.Conclusions:Soft denture liner can be used to improve the satisfaction of complete denture.
