【摘要】 目的 :对恒牙列期AngleⅡ1类错牙合患者颅面颌牙合生长变化进行研究。方法 :应用X线头影测量技术对 40例青少年组和 40例年青成人组进行硬、软组织测量 ,并进行统计分析。结果 :在青少年期至年青成年人期 ,AngleⅡ1类错牙合患者的上、下颌骨均存在一定的生长 ,其生长量均有显著性差异 ,但缺乏正常牙合者之差异性生长 ,硬组织侧貌不随年龄增大而改善。上切牙凸度及下前牙牙槽高度均增大。结论 :本研究结果提示 :AngleⅡ1类患者在此期间矫治时 ,应抑制上颌生长 ,促进下颌生长 ,且早期矫治更有利更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of the study was to analyses and evaluate the craniofacial growth changes of the Angle’s Ⅱ 1 patients from adolescent to young adult period.Methods:40 adolescent patients ranging from 11～16 years and 40 young adults patients ranging from 18～28 years of Angle’s Ⅱ 1 malocclusion in the permanent dentition were selected for the study.40 measurements for hard and soft tissues were completed by the use of computer aided cephalometrics.Results:There existed certain amount of growth for the maxillae and mandibles of Angle’s Ⅱ 1 patients during the period from adolescent to young adult,which lacked such differential growth between the two jaws as that in the normal occlusion.No obvious improvement of theprofiles were observed between the two groups.The protrusion of the upper incisors and the mandibular alveolar height became larger.Conclusion:It is implied that Angle’s Ⅱ 1 patients should be treated as early as possible during the period of adolescent and young adult,restraining the maxillary growth while enhancing the mandibular growth.
