【摘要】 目的 :评价传统手术法和改良手术法治疗下颌骨成釉细胞瘤的疗效。方法 :将 72例患者按照手术方法分为传统手术组 (第一组 )和改良手术组 (第二组 ) ,应用模糊数学中的综合评判 ,从术后下颌功能恢复、术后复发和面部形态三个方面进行定量分析。结果 :第一组患者术后满意与基本满意的隶属度为 0 768,第二组为 0 93 1。结论 :尽可能多地保护未被肿瘤侵犯的下颌骨组织 ,并即刻应用钛板来保持下颌骨连续性的手术方法对术后患者生存质量起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate effect of treating mandibular ameloblastoma using traditional operative method and reformational one.Methods:We divided 72 cases into two groups according to operative method:the first group(traditional),the second group(reformational),we analysed quantitatively three respects of mandibular functional recovery,relapse,facial shape by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Results:In the first group:the proximity of satisfaction and fair satisfaction was 0.768.In the second group:there was 0.931.Conclusion:We think that the mandibular tissue not encroached by ameloblastoma should be saved as possible as can,and it is important for survival quality to use titanium plates to keep mandible continuing.更多还原
