丰宫、小睾并殖吸虫囊蚴透射电镜观察比较

【摘要】 应用透射电镜观察了丰宫、小睾并殖吸虫囊蚴的超微结构 ,囊蚴壁分别由电子密度中等或较低的物质所构成 ,未见细胞和微管道结构 .囊内蚴虫的体被均由外皮层、肌层、皮层细胞组成 ,外皮层为一合体层 ,包括外质膜、基质、基质膜 ,外皮层表面均有指状突起 .丰宫、小睾并殖吸虫囊蚴壁厚度分别为 2 5 μm和 16 μm ,电子密度也有差别 ,囊内蚴虫的基质膜厚度分别为 0 6 μm和 0 4μm ,说明透射电镜观察并殖吸虫囊蚴对并殖吸虫分类有一定意义 .

【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of metacercariaes of Paragonimus proliferus and Paragonimus microrchis were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The wall of metacercariaes were consisted by the matter that had middle or lower electron density each other. The cells and tubules hadnt observed. The integument of metacercariaes were consisted of tegument, muscular layer and tegumental cells. The tegument, a cytoplasm, included tegumental membrane, tegumental cytoplasm and basal plasma membrane. Many finger-like processes with branches and spines could be readily identified on the surface of the tegument. The wall thickness of metacercariae of Paragonimus proliferus and Paragonimus microrchis was 2 5?μm and 16?μm . There was different for electron density. The thickness of basal plasma membrane was 0 6?μm and 0 4?μm. The results showed that using transmission electron microscopy to observe the metacercariae of paragonimus was of significance in systematics.
