铜包钢线连续挤压包覆模拟实验及机理研究
The Experimental Simulation and Mechanics of Continuous Cladding Copper /Steel
【摘要】 采用模拟实验装置模拟了CONFORM连续挤压包覆双金属工艺 ,结果表明模拟实验是可行的 ,并得出了具有冶金结合界面的Cu/Steel复合线材 .根据实验参数 ,采用数值模拟的方法研究了Cu/Steel双金属连续挤压包覆的成形极限图
【Abstract】 By using the experimental simulation, the technique of continuous cladding (CONCLAD) bi-metal was simulated. The results show that the experimental simulation is feasible, and Cu/Steel composite wire with metallurgical interface was obtained. The forming limit diagram of CONCLAD Cu/Steel was studied by using numerical simulation.
