【Abstract】 Based on the decision of the national research on bitumen pavement in city of Shenyang on 2, Nov. of 1999, Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Traffic is determined to apply the modification bitumen in the surface of 4cm of Harbin-Suihua highway. Discussion is made by our company on the related construction for the two months’ periods and can be covered by the others.更多还原
