落实《科技查新规范》 规范查新工作
To Fufill the Science and Technology New Document Search form,Standardize the Science and Te chnology Job
【摘要】 国家科学技术部发布了《科技查新机构管理办法》和《科技查新规范》,从2001年1月1日开始施行,两个文件的发布使科技查新工作有法可依,有章可循。指出了在开展查新工作时应如何贯彻落实科技查新规范。
【Abstract】 National Science and Technology Dep artment has published"The Method of Managing the Science an d Technology New Documetn Search".From the Jun 1st ,2001,the publishi ng of the two documents form a certain standard for science and technology job.After introducing the general c ontent of the two documents,this pap er points out the guide usage,and tea ches a New Document Search unit to learn how to implement the New Document Search standard.
