【摘要】 目的：在上颌总义齿不同牙位干扰时，对基托中线的应变变化进行比较研究。方法：采用口外静态电测应变法，分别在平衡及正中干扰非平衡状态下测量基托中线各点应变值。干扰点依次分别定位于两侧第一前磨牙和第二磨牙上。结果：不同牙位干扰点所产生的四组应变值之间无显著性差异，但都明显高于平衡时应变值。沿基托中线：前部的应变均大于后部。结论：就对义齿基托的破坏力而言，有无干扰比干扰点的具体部位更为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This article was a comparative study on the strain distribution along midline of maxillary complete denture base in occlusal interferences at different sites. Methods: The static resistance gage instrumentation was employed in vitro study. The strain values were investigated under balanced and unbalanced occlusion (centric occlusal interferences). The occlusal interferences was located at first promolars and second molars, and the measurement was conducted respectively. Results: There is not substantial difference observed within 4 groups data when occlusal interferences involved, but the strain values of each group in unbalanced occlusion were increased significantly compared with that in balanced condition. The strain in the front of the maxillary complete denture base was larger than that of the back in occlusal interferences at first premolar and second molar. Conclusions: That whether there is any occlusal interferences is more important than where it is.更多还原
