【摘要】 目的：观察金属烤瓷修复体产生的并发症，总结避免或减少并发症的方法。方法：将６４１例共１０８６件修复体为分两组，对产生的并发症进行比较与分析，产生的并发症分为裂瓷、金瓷冠脱落、基牙折断、桩冠连桩松脱或折断、烤瓷桥松脱及牙髓、根尖周病变６类。第２组中吸取第１组的的经验教训。结果：第１纽金属烤瓷修复体并发症发生率为６．１９％（２５例），第２组并发症发生率降为１．１７％（８）例。结论：严格选择适应症，合理设计，死髓牙加强抗力措施，认真制备牙体，据基牙情况适当采用个性化处理，加强牙髓保护，有制作缺陷的及时返工，可明显降低烤瓷修复体并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the complications of porcelain - fused - to- metal (PFM ) restorations and summarize the methods to avoid or eliminate complications of PFM restoration. Methods: 1086 PFM restoraions of 641 cases were devided into 2 groups, compared and analysed their complications which included porcelain crack,looseness of PFM crowns from abutments, fracture of abutments,looseness or fracture of post-crowns, looseness of PFM bridges and lesion of the pulp and periapical tissue. I learnt experiences and lessons in group 2 from group 1. Results: The complication rate of group 1 was 6. 19%(25cases) while 1. 17%(8cases) in group 2. Conclusions: It can eliminate obviously the complication rate of PFM restorations if we select indications strictly,design reasonably, strengthen the resistant forces of nonvital teeth, use individual methods in some of abutments and protect tooth pulps.更多还原
