【Abstract】 Bioassay method and rice strains used in the monitoring biotype of the brown planthopper ( Nilapavata lugens) were so different for different scientists that different conclusions on the biotype occurred frequently.The authors suggested that the Mudgo should be selected as a screening strains if biotype 1 was determined. The bulk test of seedlings should be the first chief in the mass\|screening experiment ,the survivability test as reference ,while in the individual identification experiment, the biotype should be determined mainly on the results of survivability test.更多还原
