不同寄主植物与棉蚜酯酶活性的关系

【摘要】 通过测定不同越冬寄主植物棉蚜Aphisgossypii种群α 乙酸萘酯 (α NA)酯酶的活力 ,结果表明 :山东高密棉田棉蚜种群酯酶活力是北京花椒棉蚜酯酶活力的 2 4倍 ,石榴、木槿上棉蚜酯酶活力是花椒棉蚜酯酶活力的 1 3~ 1 5倍。不同寄主植物棉蚜α NA酯酶和 β NA酯酶的频率分布表明 :鼠李、花椒棉蚜的α NA酯酶频率分布范围较集中 ,酯酶活力 (每 0 0 33头蚜虫的OD值 )小于 0 10时的频率分别为 70 %和 62 % ,其个体累积率达 50 %时的酯酶活性 (EF50 )分别为 0 0 8和 0 0 85(每 0 0 33头蚜虫的OD值 ) ;石榴、木槿和棉苗上α NA酯酶频率分别为 2 5%、 31%和4 5% ,其EF50 分别为 0 154、 0 1368和 0 1138,酯酶活力明显比鼠李和花椒棉蚜高 ;高密棉蚜为4 % ,EF50 为 0 2 113,频率分布范围较宽。β NA酯酶的频率分布 ,鼠李、花椒、木槿和棉苗上棉蚜酯酶活力 (每 0 0 33头蚜虫的OD值 )小于 0 10时为 52 %~ 62 %的个体 ,EF50 分别为 0 0 98、0 0 84、 0 10 2和 0 0 91,寄主之间差异不大 ,而石榴和高密棉蚜分别为 2 3%和 3% ,EF50 分别为0 135和 0 2 136,与其它 4个寄主有明显差异

【Abstract】 Measurement of esterase activities of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii , on different overwintering host plants showed that the α naphthylacetate (α NA) esterase activity of aphids on cotton seedling of Gaomi, Shandong Province was the highest,2 4 times of that in cotton aphid on Chinese prickly ash. The α NA esterase activity of aphids on pomegranate and rose of sharon was intermediate,1 3~1 5 times of that on Chinese prickly ash. Aphids on these two host plants, showed no obvious difference in the esterase activity. Assay of α NA esterase activity frequency (EF) distribution, showed that the ranges of α NA EF distribution of cotton aphids on Chinese prickly ash and cascara were narrower than those on pomegranate and cotton seedling. The frequencies of aphids on cascara and Chinese prickly ash with OD values less than 0 1/0 033 aphid were 70% and 62% respectively. The α NA esterase activities (EF 50 =0 154, 0 136, 0 1138) in aphids on the latter 3 host plants were higher than those (EF 50 =0 08,0 085) on the former 2 host plants. Moreover, the ranges of β naphthylacetate (β NA) EF distribution in the aphids on pomegranate and the cotton aphids in Gaomi were wider than those on other host plants. The frequencies of aphids on cascara, Chinese prickly ash and cotton seedling with OD value less than 0 10/0 033 aphid were 52%~62%. The difference in EF between cotton aphids on pomegranate and cotton from Gaomi and the aphids on other 4 host plants was obvious.
