【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study on determination of paeoniflorin the different extracting effects of MeOH and H 2O saturated n BuOH.METHODS:Paeoniflorin samples extracted with different solvents were determimed by HPLC.RESULTS:Extracting effect of H 2O saturated n BuOH is better than that of MeOH.CONCLUSION:For medical material containing much starch, it is quite effective to extract paeoniflorin with H 2O saturated n BuOH.更多还原
