【摘要】 目的 :研究蒺藜总皂苷 (TST)抗血栓形成作用。方法 :观察了 TST5 0、10 0、2 0 0 m g/ kg三种剂量组对于动脉血栓形成 ,静脉血栓形成 ,脑血栓形成三种实验性血栓形成模型的作用。结果 :TST中、高剂量组能显著延长动脉血栓形成时间 ,高剂量能显著减轻静脉血栓干重 ,减少脑血栓形成所致染料外渗。结论 :TST具有抗血栓形成作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To research antithrombotic effect of total saponins of tribulus(TST).METHODS:Models of artery thrombosis, venous thrombosis and cerebral thrombosis were made , to observe thrombotic time, lessen dry weight at dosage of 50,100,200 mg·kg -1 .RESULTS:TST could restrain artery thrombotic time, lessen dry weight of venous thrombus and reduce oozy dye after cerebral thrombosis.CONCLUSION:TST has apparently antithrombotic effected .更多还原
