【摘要】 目的　验证天麻水煎剂是否具有肝保护作用。方法　腹腔注射天麻水煎剂对小白鼠肝脏进行保护 ,然后给小鼠腹腔注射醋氨酚 30 0mg/kg鼠重致肝损伤 ,再测定sGPT ,同时制作肝组织切片 ,以上结果分别与对照组或单纯损伤组相对比。结果　天麻水煎剂可以明显抑制醋氨酚引起的sGPT升高 ,同时保护组肝组织的病理损伤也明显减轻。结论　天麻水煎剂对肝有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate if the water decoction of Gastrodia elata has hepatoprotective effect Methods After pretreating mice with the abdominal injection of water decoction of Gastrodia elata,hepatic injury was induced by 300mg/kg acetaminophen Then was blood serum GPT estimate,and hepatic tissue sections was made simultaneously The results of experimental mice were compared with control or simple injured group Results It showed that the water decoction of Gastrodia elata can inhibit the elevation of sGPT level,Obvious improvement of histological changes was also observed Conclusion The results indicate that the water decoction of Gastrodia elata has ahepato-protective effect更多还原
