【摘要】 目的　探讨绝经前行单纯子宫切除后生殖激素变化趋势及相关疾病发生机制。方法　利用放免方法测定 36例绝经前单纯切除子宫患者血中E2 (雌二醇 )、P (孕酮 )、LH (促黄体生成素 )、FSH (促卵泡生成素 )、PRL (泌乳素 )和T (睾酮 )的变化情况 ,与正常对照组比较。结果　随着术后评价时间的延长 ,E2 、P、T水平降低 ;LH、FSH、PRL水平升高。结论　单纯子宫切除后 ,保留的卵巢功能也呈降低趋势 ,故应慎重对待子宫切除 ,术后患者应行适当的激素替代治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This thesis is to investigate the influence of simple uterectomy on the reproductive hormone and the reasons of some related deseases Methods The contents of E 2,P,LH,FSH,PRL and T din blood of 36 woman received simple uterectom were measured and compared with normal control group Results The levels of E 2,P,T declined,on the contrary,the levels of LH,FSH and PRL increased respectively along with the postoperativetime Conclusion The function of ovary tends to decrease after the operation,we should be cautious of the uterectomy and it would be better to accept hormone therapy更多还原
