【摘要】 活血化瘀方有较好的抗肝纤维化作用 ,为探讨活血化瘀方影响肝纤维化发生、发展的作用机制 ,我们采用MTT法检测活血化瘀方药物血清对HSC增殖的影响 ,免疫细胞化学法研究活血化瘀方药理血清对HSC表达α SMA的影响。结果表明 ,药物血清组MTT法OD值、α SMA阳性染色吸光度分别为对照组的 58 8%、51 2 % (P <0 0 1)。活血化瘀方药物血清与γ IFN有相似作用 ,能够通过抑制HSC增殖、α SMA的表达抑制体外培养的HSC的激活。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the mechanism of the effects of Huoxuehuayu Recipe (HR) on the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis, the effects of rat HR serum on the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells were detected by the MTT method, and the effects of rat HR serum on α SMA expression of hepatic stellate cells were detected by immunocytochemical assay. The results showed that the OD and α SMA positive staining absorbance detected in the rat HR serum group were 58 8% and 51 2% of those values detected in the control group respectively ( P <0 01). The results suggest that the effects of rat HR serum are similar to those of γ IFN, which inhibit the activation of hepatic stellate cells cultured in vitro by inhibiting the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells and α SMA expression.更多还原
