【Abstract】 The intensity and frequency of uterine contraction were observed in 40 rats in early pregnancy in order to study the reinforcement of the effects of mifepristone and misoprostol on intrauterine pressure by puncturing hegu and sanyinjiao with electric needles. The results showed that combining with the above mentioned two drugs, electric acupuncture could increase the rate of complete abortion of early pregnancy and relieve endometrorrhagia by inhibiting random uterine contraction, increasing intrauterine pressure, and reinforcing rhythmical uterine contraction.更多还原
