【摘要】 为观察急性白血病中医证候分型与P1 70表达及临床疗效的关系 ,对 1 46例急性白血病患者进行了分析总结。结果表明 :气血两虚型患者P1 70表达较低 ,临床缓解率较高 ,而气阴两虚型与温毒瘀血型患者P1 70表达较高 ,临床缓解率较差。此研究为今后通过辨证论治改善与多药耐药相关的中医证候提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cases of acute leukemia were involved in this clinical study on the relationship between P170 expression in acute leukemia of different TCM types and the therapeutic effectiveness. The results showed that compared with the standard data, in the patients of the deficiency of both qi and blood type, P170 positive expression rate was lower while the clinical relieving rate was higher; and in the patients of the deficiency of both qi and yin type or in the virulent heat and blood stasis type, P170 positive expression rate was higher while the clinical relieving rate was lower. The results of the study have provided useful experimental data for treating TCM syndromes related with multidrug resistance by TCM diagnostics and therapeutics.更多还原
