【Abstract】 In this paper, it is discussed that optimum design is the basal way to reduce engineering cost from three aspects of general layout design, space lay out design of architect and the material choose of architect design. At the same time, it is pointed out that if plane is lain out rationally, layer height and free height of architectures are proper, the choose of pile net is economical, which can make engineering cost be reduced. Adopting entering bids of engineerin g design and reelecting design plan may improve design quality and optimize desi gn.更多还原
