【摘要】 电渣压力焊是建设部重点推广的粗直径钢筋连接技术 ,特别适用于钢筋混凝土结构中的竖向钢筋或斜向钢筋焊接。该技术具有效率高、质量稳定、操作简便等优点。关于该技术的适用范围 ,JGJ 1 8 96钢筋焊接及验收规程4 .1 .1条规定 :电渣压力焊适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级钢筋 ,但关于不同等级、不同钢号、不同直径的钢筋相互焊接 ,规程未作明确的规定和说明 ,文中主要从技术和管理角度对电渣压力焊的质量监督管理作一些粗浅的探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Electro?slag welding, which is specially populariz ed by the ministry o f construction, is a technique to connect reinforcing steel bar of thick diamete r. It is especially suitable to do upright and inclined position welding in armo ured concrete structures. The technique has the advantages of high efficiency, s table quality and simple and convenient operation. Therefore, this paper mainly makes a raff discussion about the quality supervision of electro?slag welding f rom the angles of technique and management.更多还原
