车床卡盘夹紧力动态监测仪的研制

【摘要】 针对固体燃料成形加工过程中卡盘夹紧力需要动态监测的课题 ,设计了一种小型电子遥测仪 ,解决了动态夹紧力信号的提取 ,调制发射 ,接收及数据采集和处理等问题
【Abstract】 Dynamic monitoring of the chunk load is essent ia l in solid fuel turning operation. A micro-ergometer system with dynamic chunk l oad signal transmission, receive and data acquisition as well as data processing are designed and developed.
