【Abstract】 The educational management value refers to a series of primary concepts with which educational administrators direct their thinking and behavior in a reasonable way. The value outlook of modern educational management means a series of primary concepts which both suit characteristics of the modern times and direct efficiently the practical activities of modern educational administrators.
