【摘要】 “就近入学”原则下的义务教育保证了广大适龄儿童、少年基本的入学权利 ,使人人有权接受教育 ,解决了教育机会均等在“量”上的规定 ,却无法保证“人人接受高质量的教育” ,在我国目前的情况下 ,“择校”也许能解决这种教育机会均等在“质”上的规定 ,即让“就近入学”和“择校”互相制约 ,互为补充 ,从而真正实现教育的机会均等更多还原
