【摘要】 MCT是一种新型的电力电子开关器件 ,本文利用 PSpice中的器件模型和电路模型建立了一个 MCT的组合模型 ,并用多瞬态分析法提取了该模型的参数。文中还用该模型进行了 MCT开关特性的仿真试验 ,将仿真的结果与实际的 MCT的开关试验的结果相对照 ,两者基本相符更多还原

【Abstract】 MCT is a new power switching devices. This work is to investigate the possibility of using the existing PSpice model library to model MCT and obtain the model’s parameter with multitransient analyzing method, then a onoff character simulation was made on this model .The simulated results obtained were compared with the experimental results.
