【摘要】 目的 :探讨顺铂 (DDP)、亚叶酸钙 (CF)、5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 FU)与香菇多糖联合方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 :对DDP、CF、5 FU、香菇多糖 (A组 )与依托泊甙 (VP 16 )、CF、5 FU(B组 )方案进行比较。结果 :A组 38例 ,有效率 6 5 .78% ,B组 38例有效率 42 .10 % ,两组疗效比较有较显著差异 (χ2 =4.2 9,P <0 .0 5 )。A毒副反应 ,主要为骨髓抑制 ,恶心呕吐、静脉炎等毒副作用相似。结论 :DDP、CF、5 FU、香菇多糖治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Study the effects and side effects of the regimen of DDP, CF, 5 FU, and Lentrinan in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods: The effect of the regimen of DDP, CF, 5 FU, and Lentrinan (group A) was compared with that of the regimen of VP 16, CF, and 5 FU (group B). Results: 38 cases of group A were treated with a response rate of 65.78%, while other 38 cases of group B were treated with a response rate of 42.10%. There was a significant difference of curative effects between the two groups (χ 2=4.29, P <0.05). However, there was not any difference of toxicity between the two groups which included depressions of bone marrow, nausea, vomits, phlebitis, and so on. Conclusion:The regimen of DDP、CF、5 FU, and Lentrinan is preferable in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.更多还原
