【摘要】 目的 :总结肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的临床特征、诊断和治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 4例肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的临床资料。结果 :4例均行肿瘤切除术 ,并经病理确诊 ,随访 0 .2 5～ 2年无异常。结论 :肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤的诊断需依靠CT、MRI的检查 ,手术是治愈的唯一方法 ,但有一定的手术指征更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods: 4 cases of adrenal myelolipoma were reviewed. Results: The diagnoses of all 4 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. All the patients survived after operation and were followed up from 0.25～2 years. Conclusion: The major method of diagnosis was CT and MRI. Operation is only method curing the disease.更多还原
