【摘要】 目的 :介绍CPM (下肢功能康复仪 )在复杂膝关节骨折功能康复中的作用。方法 :设治疗组和对照组各 3 0例 ,治疗组在坚强内固定术后即使用CPM进行功能锻炼 ,共 3～ 4周 ,对照组按传统方法进行功能锻炼 ,术后一年检查所有病例的膝关节活动并对比分析。结果 :应用CPM组膝关节功能康复优良率 80 % ,对照组仅为 3 0 % ,差异明显。结论 :应用CPM可以明显提高伤膝功能康复的优良率。CPM操作简便易行、可作为治疗此类骨折的常规方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce the effect of CPM on rehabilitation of complex knee joint fracture. Methods: Thirty patients with CPM were studied. The therapeutic group immediately carried out functional exercises with CPM for three to four weeks after firmly internal in fixation. The control group acted the traditional functional exercises. The degrees of knee joint activity in all the cases were investigated and contrastively analyzed after a year after operation. Results: Rates of excellent functional rehabilitation of knee joint in the therapeutic group and control group were 80% and 30%, respectively.Conclusion: The use of CPM can improve rate of excellent rehabilitation of injured knee joint prominently.CPM is so easy to be controlled that it can be a routine method to treat this kind of fracture.更多还原
