【摘要】 目的 :研究不同浓度的Fas对胃印戒细胞癌细胞株的影响。方法 :采用细胞染色法观察细胞凋亡的形态 ,MTT法检测细胞增殖情况 ,原位末端标记法 (TUNEL法 )检测凋亡细胞 ,流式细胞仪检测细胞的DNA含量及凋亡百分率。结果 :2～ 8μg/ml的Fas均可抑制胃印戒细胞癌细胞增殖且诱导细胞发生凋亡。结论 :Fas有明显抑制胃印戒细胞癌细胞株生长及促进细胞凋亡的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of various concentrations of Fas on a gastric carcinoma cell line named singet ring cell. Methods: Cell morphology of apoptosis, cell proliferation rate, cellular DNA contents, and cell cycle were determined by cell stain, MTT assay, TdT assay, and flow cytometry, respectively. Results: 2～8 mg/ml Fas inhibited the growth and induced the apoptosis of singet ring carcinoma cell line. Conclusion: Fas could significantly inhibit the growth of the signet ring cell line and induce its apoptosis.更多还原
