【摘要】 目的 :探明颞骨内中耳、内耳及其内重要结构的相互关系和形态规律 ,为此区的手术提供解剖学基础。并介绍了 9个典型层面上辨识中耳、内耳内各主要结构的方法。方法 :选择无肉眼病变的成年男性标本 6例 ,采用火棉胶包埋法 ,按Reid基线作成耳颞部连续横断薄层切片 (片厚 0 .1mm) ,进行巨微解剖学观察。结果和结论 :依匙突可寻找面神经水平段 ;面神经隐窝、锥突、鼓室窦在经咽鼓管上部和鼓膜脐层面呈前后“З”形排列更多还原

【Abstract】 s: Objectives: The anatomy of the temporal bone (middle ear and internal ear lie within the petrous bone ) is very complicated.Methods: In order to elucidate the morphological patterns of the structures in the region,6 adult cadavers were used and the collodion embedding process was employed to make the thin transversal sectional samples (thickness:0.1mm).Those sections were observed under naked eye and microscope.Results and conclusion:According to the CP, the HFC could be found.The facial recess, pyramid,and sinus tympani together form a "З" shaped appearance through the auditory tube and umbomembrane tympani.This paper also introduced methods of recognition of the structures within middle ear and internal ear.更多还原
