药芯组成对碱性自保护药芯焊丝脱渣性影响的研究
STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF THE FLUX- CORED COMPOSITION ON THE SLAG DETACHABILITY OF BASIC SELF- SHIELDED FLUX-CORED WIRE
【摘要】 采用混料回归设计的方法对碱性自保护药芯焊丝配方进行了调整,获得了脱渣性优良的配方,并建立了药芯组成对脱渣率影响的数学模型。研究了自制和美国Lincoln公司的NR311几种自保护药芯焊丝药芯成分和熔渣微观结构及其脱渣性的关系。在不同的熔渣表面具有不同的微观结构,影响熔渣脱渣性的主要因素是决定着熔渣线胀系数和相变应力的白条状、白团状的方镁石,以及决定熔渣纵向拘束力的白球状、小块状方镁石。该研究对于指导碱性渣系配方设计具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The math models of slag detachability for basic self shielded flux cored wire (SSFCW) are presented The prescription with good slag detachability is adjusted through the material mixed regression design The effects of flux cored composition and slag microstructure on slag detachability are investigated for both the self-made wires and NR311, made by Lincoln Electric Co , Ltd. The results indicate that there is a different slag microstructure in different surfaces of the slag The main factors affecting slag detachability are white strip, nodular and granular calcite, which have an influence on liner expansion coefficient, transformation stress and constrain stress of the slag respectively This study is helpful in improving the quality of basic SSFCW
