基于功率流方法的复杂柔性耦合系统被动综合最优控制

【摘要】 研究了楼上或舰艇船舶上机电设备的隔振和吸振综合控制系统的功率流传递特性及优化设计。从多激励非对称柔性系统的工程实际出发 ,采用子结构等价导纳综合法 ,推导了被动综合控制系统的功率流普遍方程 ,提出了基于功率流的多个吸振器的优化设计方法。并以两根固支梁模拟柔性基础 ,进行了数值优化计算与分析 ,揭示了综合控制系统功率流的传递特性 ,通过多个小质量优化吸振器 ,成功地实现了宽频最优控制。

【Abstract】 The transmission characteristics of the power flow and the optimum design of vibration isolation & absorption synthetic control system of machines on upstairs or on aboard,are studied. In view of practical vibration control in engineering, an asymmetric flexible system with multiple excitation forces is modeled, in which isolation & absorption technique and substructure mobility synthetic technique are synthetically used and universal power flow equation of the synthetic control system is introduced. In addition, an approach to the optimum design of multi-DVA is proposed, in which the power flow is made the control object. Furthermore, using two parallel ends-clamped beams as flexible foundation, various power flows are calculated and analyzed to reveal the control mechanism of structure-borne noise of the system. By a few small-mass DVA, optimum control of the system in wide frequency is successfully achieved.
