低相对分子质量聚丙烯酸十二烷基酯的合成
SYNTHESIS OF LOWER MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYDODECYL ACRYLATE
【摘要】 对丙烯酸与十二醇的酯化及其调节聚合生成低相对分子质量 ( Mr)聚合物的反应条件进行了研究。酯化反应中以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂 ,对苯二酚为阻聚剂 ,n (丙烯酸 )∶ n (十二醇 ) =1∶ 1 .2 ,于 1 1 0℃保温 2 h,分离纯化后的产物以异丙醇为调聚剂 ,用量为酯质量的 1 7% ,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂 ,甲苯为链转移剂 ,于 80℃反应 3 0 min,得到 Mr约 1 1 0 0的聚合物 ,收率为 90 %。
【Abstract】 The esterification conditions of acrylic acid and the telomerization of the obtained aster to relative lower molecular weight polymer were studied. The esterification was carried out at 110 ℃, 2 h by using ptoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and hydroquinone as inhibitor, the molar ratio of acrylic acid to dodecyl was 1∶1.2. The separated and purified product was polymerizaed at 80 ℃, 30 min with isopropanol as telogen and its amount was 17%(w) of the ester, benzoyl peroxide as initiator and toluene as chaintransfer agent were. The relative molecular weight of the telomer was about 1100 and the yield was 90%.
