【Abstract】 Flood control has been noticed by the whole nation.This paper stated the social feather of flood control and the necessity of all people participating based on the system of job responsible of flood control,the system in charge of administrative leading cadres,flood control plan,flood control dispatch,construction and protection of flood control installations.and non engineering measures.更多还原
