【摘要】 目的 :探讨轻度肾小管间质病变的慢性肾炎患者尿表皮生长因子与中医证型的关系。方法 :用放射免疫法检测尿EGF。结果 :轻度肾小管间质病变患者尿EGF含量高于正常人组 (P <0 0 1) ;肺肾气虚和气阴两虚病人尿EGF含量明显高于正常人组及脾肾阳虚组 (P <0 0 1) ;肝肾阴虚组病人尿EGF含量高于脾肾阳虚组和正常人组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :同是肾小管间质病变而中医分型不同 ,其尿EGF含量也不同 ,说明了不同的中医证型具有某些不同的物质基础 ,从而提示了临床辨证论治的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF) in Urine and the traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with slight renal tubule and renal interstitial lesions.Methods: EGF was measured using the method of radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results:The level of EGF in chronic glomerulonephritis patients were higher than that of the normal control group (P<0 01).The EGF level in the deficiency syndrome of lung and kidney-qi were significantly higher than that of the normal control group and the deficiency syndrome of the spleen and kidney-yang (P<0 01).The level of EGF in the deficiency syndrome of the liver and kidney-yin were higher than in the deficiency syndrome of the spleen and kidney-yang and than that of the normal control group(P<0 01).Conclusion:The renal tubule and renal interstitial lesions were the same in patients with chronic glomerulonepheritis while the level of EGF were different from different TCM syndromes.This suggests that there are some different materials in different TCM syndromes.So it’s very important to give treatment according to the TCM syndromes.更多还原
