【Abstract】 The research to explore the relationship between the strain variation and the producing and spreading of fatigue crack based on the computer real time monitoring on strain wave is presented. During fatigue test of automobile rear suspension, strain variations at critical locations are monitored and fatigue crack length measured at certain time intervals. Based on the investigation results, the relationship between crack growth and strain variation can be established. The study on the fatigue by real time monitoring on the strain variation is testified to be successful.更多还原
