【摘要】 本试验对 17株鸭疫里氏杆菌江西分离株的部分微生物学特性进行了测定。结果表明 :17个菌株的尿素酶、过氧化氢酶均为阳性 ;7个菌株能液化明胶 ;8个菌株氧化酶阳性 ;13个菌株均对红霉素、氯霉素高度敏感。随机取 4个菌株人工感染 11日龄雏鸭 ,发病率均为 10 0 % ,死亡率为 33 %～ 10 0 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventeen Riemerilla anatipestifer strains were respectively isolated from ducklings with disease of typical fibrinous percarditis, perihepatitis and airsacculitis in Jiangxi Province. All of them produced catalaese, urease, and couldnot ferment carbohydrates; 7 strains liquefied gelatin; 8 strains produced oxidase. 13 islates were highly susceptible to Erythromycin and Chloramphenicol. 4 R.anatipestifer selected were highly pathogenic to 11-day old ducks, with mortality rates ranging from 33% to 100%.更多还原
