【Abstract】 Many biotech products are the material inside the cells and cell disruption is an important technology of extracting them. Shanghai Chemical Institute has developed the refining cell disrupter with bead grinding to disrupt cells by high pressure refining, through choosing the right equipment and bead material, designing the structure of blade, and developing the new sealing system.
