珠磨匀浆细胞破碎技术
Technology of Refining Cell Disruption with Bead Grinding
【摘要】 不少生物技术产品均为细胞内物质,细胞破碎是提取细胞内产物的关键技术。上海化工研究院在确定了合适的设备和磨珠材质、设计了浆叶结构、研制了新密封结构后,研制了高压匀浆法破碎细胞的珠磨匀浆细胞破碎机,用三孢布拉霉苏丝体进行实验,LS粒度仪检测的颗粒直径均小于11μm。
【Abstract】 Many biotech products are the material inside the cells and cell disruption is an important technology of extracting them. Shanghai Chemical Institute has developed the refining cell disrupter with bead grinding to disrupt cells by high pressure refining, through choosing the right equipment and bead material, designing the structure of blade, and developing the new sealing system. The particle size is as small as less than 11/um measured by granulometer in testing with blakesla trispora.
