溴法合成香兰素
Synthesis of Vanillin via Bromation Process
【摘要】 以对羟基苯甲醛、溴素和甲醇钠为原料,经过单溴化、甲氧基化反应和精制过程合成香兰素,收 率可达76％。与现行的生产工艺比较,具有工艺路线短,反应条件温和,三废少且可处理等特点。
【Abstract】 Vanillin is synthesized via bromination, methoxylation and purification processes with p-hydroxybenzalde-hyde, bromine and sodium methoxide as raw materials, and the yield is up to 76% . Compared with the existing technology it is characterized by short process, mild reaction conditions and less three wastes which are easily disposed.
