烯丙基氯氨解制备烯丙基胺
Synthesis of Allylamine by Ammonolysis of Allyl Chloride
【摘要】 讨论了烯丙基氯在液氨和乙醇中制备烯丙基胺的氨解反应 ,在液氨中 ,n(氨 )∶n(烯丙基氯 )∶n(氯化铵 ) =2 0∶1∶1时 ,45℃反应 8h ,产物中w(伯胺 ) =46 8%。乙醇为溶剂时 ,n(氨 )∶n(烯丙基氯 ) =2 0∶1,在温度 40℃反应 8h ,产物中w(伯胺 ) =78 83 % ,用均匀设计对乙醇为溶剂的实验进行了优化 ,建立了反应模型
【Abstract】 Synthesis of allylamine by ammonolysis of allyl chloride in ethanol and liquid ammonia in the presence of CuCl was investigated.In liquid ammonia at mole ratio NH 3∶C 3H 5Cl∶NH 4Cl=20∶1∶1 and temperature=45 ℃,mass percentage of monoallylamine in the product was 46 8%.Using ethanol as solvent at mole ratio NH 3:C 3H 5Cl=20∶1 and temperature=40 ℃,mass percentage of monoallylamine in the product was 78 83%.Uniform design was applied to optimize the experiment.
