【摘要】 黄须菜籽经有机溶剂抽提出油率为 38% ,气相色谱法测定脂肪酸的组成为 :w(棕榈酸 ) =6 .11%、w(棕榈油酸 ) =1.18%、w(硬脂酸 ) =1.47%、w(油酸 ) =13.19%、w(亚油酸 ) =71.99%、w(亚麻酸 ) =5 .45 % ,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高 ,占脂肪酸总质量的 92 .8%。毛油中w(β +γ VE) =0 .0 2 % ,w(磷脂 ) =0 .5 5 7%。饼粕中w(灰分 ) =8.95 7% ,w(总氮 ) =2 .794%。黄须菜籽油可以作为医疗保健、食品工业等的油源加以开发利用

【Abstract】 Fatty acids of Suaeda Sulsa seed oil were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography.There are six fatty acids,which are palmitic acid(6.11%),palmitoleic acid(1.18%),stearic acid(1.47%),oleic acid(13.19%),linoleic acid(71.99%) and linolenic acid(5.45%).Moreover,the content of (β+γ)vitamin E and phospholipid are 0.02% and 0.557% respectively.The oil dregs have 8.957% of ash content and 2.794% of gross nitrogen.The fatty acids are of high value in food and pharmaceutical industries as health care food,and can be developed and used comprehensively.
