有机相中溴化物系银纳米微粉的制备研究

【摘要】 在无水的条件下 ,以有机物为溶剂 ,从银盐和溴化物出发制备银纳米微粉 ,避免银纳米粒子干燥过程中易长大的倾向。实验研究了制备过程中的适宜条件并对产品进行了表征。适宜条件为 30℃ ,2 8.2 6lx,2min ,λ <34 0nm ,n(AgNO3 )∶n(KBr) =2∶1,硫酸对甲胺基苯酚用量为 0 5g/L ,对苯二酚用量为 5g/L。银产品粒径为 3~ 30nm。

【Abstract】 Silver nano powder was produced by salt of silver and bromide in anhydrous organic solvent.This method can reduce the tendency for silver nano particle to grow during drying.The optimal condition of the preparation process was studied experimentally and the characterization of products was presented.The optimal conditions were 30 ℃,28.26 lx,2 min,λ<340nm, n (AgNO\-3)∶ n (KBr)=2∶1,dosage of metol 0.5 g/L and dosage of hydroquinone 5 g/L.Diameter of the silver product was 3-30 nm.
