【Abstract】 The progress of phospholipid research was introduced and the idea of systematic research and seriation of phospholipid products was raised.The study of building subject group and series products of phospholipid by the multi technology of fine separation,fine organic synthesis and systems engineering was put up.Building of the system of application study,technological innovation and product development of phospholipid was discussed.The key technique of new continuous process for fine phospholipid was discussed.Phospholipid is a special surfactant,which has both surface activity and bio activity.It is also an important natural nutrient.The study of phospholipid includes the content of multiple subjects.It was widely used in food,medicine,cosmetic and industrial auxiliary.更多还原
