【摘要】 提出了利用VPN(虚拟专用网)构建网上制造系统的理论框架。通过PDM(产品数据管理)对异地制造资源进行远程管理和控制,建立面向产品的VMN(虚拟制造专用网),实现产品异地设计与制造的协同工作;从而达到有效地组织并利用资源、快速响应市场变化的目的。文中提出了VMN这一全新的概念及原理框架,并对其具体实施的可行性进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis brings forward the theoretic framework of constructing manufacturing system in web by using VPN. To efficiently organize, utilize the resources and rapidly react to the change of the market, the system fulfills long-distance management and control of virtual manufacturing resources by using PDM, constructs the VMN for the products, and realizes collaboration of product designing and manufacturing. The article puts forward a brand new concept named VMN and its theoretic framework, analyzes the feasibility of practical operation.更多还原
