【摘要】 实行警务公开是提高警务工作效率、使公安工作进一步适应改革开放形势的迫切需要。在警务公开中，建立科学有效的工作机制是提高工作效率的重要工作方法。工作机制既应包括“静态”的政策、制度等规范；更应包括能够对工作规范起到“激活”作用的、能推动其落实的工作方式、工作手段等各种主观努力 ,“机制”就是二者交互作用形成的、能产生稳定效应的综合作用场。警务公开的重要意义在于对公安机关“公正执法、严格执法”的促进，以更好地完成法律赋予的职责。更多还原

【Abstract】 It′ s urgent to carry out an open mechanism in policing to improve the working efficiency of policework,therefore,adjust further the public security work to the open and reform situation. In the process of the open of policwork ,establishing an effective scientific working mechanism is an important approach. the working mechanism should include‘ stationary’ policies and systems;furthermore,it should include various subjective efforts such as working approaches and methods which can‘ stimulate’ the working standards and put them into effect.‘ Mechanism’ is formed by the interaction of the two factors,and can generate comprehensive action field which has steady effect.The significance of the open of policework lies in that it can foster and fulfil the sacred responsibilities entitled by law.更多还原
