【摘要】 目的　了解伤害病人住院病种及费用变化趋势。方法　采取整群抽样方法 ,抽取某省级医院 1994年至 2 0 0 0年伤害病人病案 ,进行平均住院日、平均住院费用趋势性分析。结果　 7年间伤害住院病人平均增长速度7.89% ,他杀增长速度 12 .6 4 % ,交通事故增长速度 11.98% ;前四位伤害构成依次为他杀 2 7.85 % ,交通事故2 6 .2 0 % ,意外跌落 2 2 .2 8% ,自然和环境因素所致伤害 18.4 1% ;伤害平均住院日减少速度为 2 .0 2 % ,住院费用平均增长速度为 17.5 4 % ,年度与平均住院日呈负相关 ,与住院费用呈正相关 ,6 0岁年龄段住院费用增长速度最快 ,达 2 4 .2 1%。结论　伤害不仅造成早死、伤残 ,同时给家庭和社会带来了很大经济损失。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the trend of kinds and cost of injury inpatients. Methods Cluster sampling was taken, and average hospitalization days and average medical cost of injury patients from 1994 to 2000 were conducted by trend analysis. Results Injury patients increased by 7.89% each year during 7 years. Intentional injuries increased by 27.85% , motor vehicle accidents by 26.20%, unexpected drop by 22.28% and injuries from nature and environment by 18.41%. Average hospitalization days dropped by 2.02%. The average cost increased by 17.54%. Annual was negatively related to average hospitalization days and was positively related to average hospitalization cost, which increased by 24.21% of a high speed in over 60 ages. Conclusion Injury not only induced early death, wounded and disabled but also produced a great economic loss for family and society.更多还原
