【摘要】 目的　调查了解影响产妇入住温馨病房的社会经济因素 ,发现问题 ,寻求对策。方法　抽样调查 ,分组对比 ,多因素统计分析。结果　目前经济因素仍是居民是否接受特需卫生服务的决定性因素 ,社会因素如丈夫的综合素质对产妇是否入住温馨病房有重要影响。结论　在不影响基本医疗服务的前提下 ,特需卫生服务可保持适度发展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To interview the social economic factors affecting the pregnant in super family ward, to probe the problem and submit the strategies. Methods Sampling interview, grouping comparison and multi factors statistical analysis are adopted. Results The economic factor is the decisive factor for resident to accept the special health service. Social factors such as husband general quality have an important influence on the puerpera admitted in super family ward. Conclusion The special health service may keep suitable development under the well condition of the basic medical service unaffected.更多还原
