进江矿石江海直达驳运输方式的研究

【摘要】 武汉钢铁 (集团 )公司现行的矿石二程运输方式是 :用海船将进口矿石从北仑港运至长江下游港口 ,转装上长江驳船 ,运至武钢 .文中对首次提出的“进口矿石江海直达驳运输方式”新方案 ,进行了由北仑港—武钢的大型船队试验 ,取得了大量有关数据资料 ,对其技术可行性、安全性和经济性进行了研究分析和验证 ,并作出了实船改造研究和新建船型构想 .为盘活存量资产 ,按实船改造方案实施的江海直达驳船队投入营运 ,实现了武钢矿石江海直达驳船队方式的直达运输 ,使寻求经济合理的武钢矿石直达难题得到了较圆满的解决 .

【Abstract】 The current two process ores transportation pattern for WISCO is that, the imported ore is transported by sea ships from the BeiLun port to the lower reach ports of the Yangtze River, then transferred and conveyed to WISCO by river barges. The new plan of river sea through transportation pattern of imported ores, which is firstly put forward, has been experimented by the huge barge fleet from the BeiLun port to WISCO directly. A lot of correlative data have been obtained. Some pieces of researches, analyses and verifications have been done in technical feasibility, shipping safety and economization of the plan. The reconstruction study of the current barges has been finished and the conception about the newly built fleet has been put forward. At present, river sea through barge fleets reconstructed as arrangement have been operated to give life to the unused assets. It is the first time to accomplish river sea through ore transportation for WISCO. The problem, which is aimed to lower the costs and to find feasible ways to ores transportation for WISCO, has been solved.
