电力工业用新型磁功能材料钢丝研究
Investigation of Steel Wire with New Magnetic Function Used in Electric Power Transmission
【摘要】 对输电线路用新型磁功能材料钢丝进行了应用研究 ,对材料设计进行了分析 ,提出了改进钢丝表面质量的措施 ,给出了新型磁功能材料钢丝的性能参数 :居里温度Tc≤ 80℃ ;饱和磁感应强度Bs(2 0℃ )≥ 0 .4T ;单重发热值 (- 5℃~ 0℃ )≥ 14W kg。结果表明 ,该合金材料钢丝加工后在应用试验中具有明显的除冰效果。
【Abstract】 To investigate the application of steel wire with new magnetic function used in electric power transmission.Through analyzing the material design,the measure to improve surface quality of steel wire is put forward,the property parameters of the steel wire with new magnetic function are given,which are Curie temperature T c≤80?℃,saturation magnetic induction B s(20?℃)≥0.4T,heat capacity per unit mass(-5~0℃)≥14?W/kg.The result shows in application test that the alloy material steel wire has obvious effects of ice removing after being worked.
